Return Policy

Cancellation (Before Shipping)


It is IMPORTANT to note that all our dresses are made to order, and are made from scratch (either standard size, or custom made).  And the material cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, you still have time to change your mind.
Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.
All dress orders canceled within 12 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.

If you want to cancel after 12 hours, we can only offer a partial refund. Because all our dresses are made to order, after you place the order, we’ll begin to make it. If you want to cancel, our material and manpower will be wasted, we need to deduct the wasted cost and then offer you a partial refund. Hope you understand. Return Policy

Return Process

1) Contact our customer service within 3 days of your order's delivery date. Please send us an explanation and photos to show the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without pictures of dress issues and prior approval from Customer Service Representative.

2) Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item (without moving the tags, altering, wearing or washing the dress.), please mark the order number on the package, and send back to us as soon as possible.

3) Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 1-3 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, we’ll arrange the refund for you. Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not process the refund.


Returning For Replacement or Refund

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

Defective or Damaged Items

You are eligible for a refund for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished dress may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.

Dress is not the size you ordered

Should your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than 1-2 inches, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 30% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.

Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit

Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost. Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on our website. A slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Overdue Products

If for any reason, your order was not shipped within the time stated and arrives late, you will be eligible for a reasonable reimbursement or other compensation like coupon upon the delivery of the overdue product. If the product is overdue and arrive later than the date of your event, customers are eligible for a full refund. If the dress is not returned, only the shipping fee is paid by customers. 


Custom Clearance Taxes

We do not accept the refund request on you refusing to sign for the parcel because of the taxes.
All of our orders are shipped as "D.D.U"(Delivered Duties Unpaid), aniyadress is not responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply to international package charged by customs of your country.
